Text current as of 28 August 2026Client Data Armor is a trading name. The company is Fortify 24x7. Invoices carry that company's name and so does the descriptor on your card statement. An order placed here accepts what follows.
One line means one monthly subscription, to a single named service, running on a single named platform. Its vault plan states the function and the limit, and that statement is the specification we hold ourselves to.
Where a supplier changes a product in a way that changes what reaches you, a message goes out saying what moved. Lines are not redefined in silence.
Charging happens monthly and ahead of the period, with Stripe doing the collecting. Counts are whatever you set them to. Where a count rises mid period, the difference lands on the following invoice and never as an unannounced charge partway through.
Prices are capable of moving. Notice of a move arrives before the invoice carrying it does.
Stripe retries on its own timetable and reports each attempt to you. Lines may be suspended while a balance goes unpaid, and you hear from us ahead of anything being switched off. Nothing is destroyed over an unpaid invoice without a written warning and room to put it right.
Provisioning what was ordered. Running it competently. Answering claims with engineers. Telling you what is going on, including on the days when that is unwelcome. Naming our own faults as ours.
Holding the authority to register whatever you register. Describing scope accurately. Keeping an administrative contact reachable. Lawful use. Looking after credentials we issue, since what is done with them counts as done by you.
No security service halts every incident and this one is not the exception. No outcome is warranted, no absence of defects, no uninterrupted running.
Supplier platforms bring their own terms and their own ceilings. Those reach you unchanged. We cannot raise them and we will not suggest that we can.
On any claim, liability stops at the fees paid on the affected line over the three months before the event. Lost profit, lost trade and indirect loss fall outside it. Liability the law will not permit us to limit stays unlimited.
What you put in is yours. It is held here for the purpose of running the service, and for nothing besides. Duplicates, telemetry and reports made for you can be collected whenever you want them, and we help with the extraction on your way out.
Do it inside the portal, or ask, and the cancellation gets done at this end. Cover carries through to the close of whatever period is paid for, then halts. A reply follows setting out what becomes of each agent, each tenant and each stored duplicate, with a date against every one.
Terms shift from time to time. Account holders hear before any substantive shift bites, and the date printed at the top shifts along with it. Staying past that date accepts the newer text.
These terms plus the vault plans are the agreement. A clause found unenforceable is cut out and the remainder holds. Failing to enforce a clause on one occasion gives up nothing at all.
